Agile Coach - SAFe

Job Objective: Lead the organization's Lean-Agile transformation through the implementation of SAFe, coaching leaders and teams, and optimizing the value stream to improve the delivery of business results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives and SAFe implementation at an organizational scale.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and the coordination of Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Accompany leaders and teams in the adoption of Lean-Agile practices.
• Drive Value Stream Mapping, flow metrics, OKRs, and continuous improvement.
• Promote change management and alignment between strategy and execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile transformation, SAFe, and organizational coaching.
• Provable experience with ARTs, PI Planning, and coaching leaders.
• Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, Value Stream Management, and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Intermediate-advanced English
• Current SPC certification desirable.
