Jr Payroll Specialist (Regional Payroll) - Bogotá

We are looking for a Jr Payroll Specialist or Jr Payroll Analyst to join our team in Bogotá. You will be a fundamental part of setting up a new regional payroll model, learning about SAP and ADAM. You will support updates, payroll runs, analysis of accounting accounts, third-party payments, and employee assistance in countries within the Norla region. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally through regional exposure and collaboration with a dynamic team. We offer a contract for a specific task or labor for 12 months, in-person modality in Bogotá. Apply and join us in this regional project!

Responsibilities:

• Execute payroll runs accurately and timely.
• Perform analysis of accounting accounts related to payroll.
• Manage and process third-party payments efficiently.
• Generate payroll reports for decision-making.
• Provide support and assistance to employees on payroll matters.
• Actively participate in the setup of the new regional payroll model.
• Collaborate with the team in the implementation of SAP and ADAM.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations in payroll processes.
• Support the management of payroll updates.

Requirements:

• Professional in administrative, accounting, or related careers. Postgraduate degree not required.
• Experience in payroll runs.
• Knowledge in analysis of accounting accounts.
• Experience in third-party payments.
• Proficiency in SAP and ADAM.
• Ability to generate payroll reports.
• Intermediate English in conversation, writing, and reading.
• Experience in employee assistance.
• Ability to work in a team and customer orientation.

• Experience in the payroll or human resources sector.
