ACTIVATOR (Supply Chain)

Job Objective Guarantee the timely and efficient supply of national and international materials and supplies, ensuring the continuity of the manufacturing program through monitoring, coordination, and logistical management with suppliers, customs agents, and internal areas.

Main Responsibilities

Continuously follow up with national and international suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed dates and conditions. Coordinate and supervise maritime, air, and land shipments. Verify the documentation necessary for the correct reception of materials at the plant. Anticipate and resolve logistical risks that could impact production. Maintain constant communication with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and manufacturing. Document delivery progress and generate reports in ERP systems. Comply with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in:

Supply Chain, international purchasing, or logistics in a maquiladora environment. Management of suppliers, customs agents, and logistics operators.

Advanced proficiency in:

ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, or other). International logistics and INCOTERMS. Follow-up of international shipments. Data analysis and supply chain metrics.

Advanced English. Availability to work rotating shifts according to operational needs.
