Job Description:
- Telephone customer service via incoming & outgoing calls to a personal customer base (residential customers) for the purpose of identifying needs, contract renewals, and providing personalized telecommunications solutions, tailored to each customer
- Detailed updating and providing information regarding billing issues to the company's customers
- Maintaining the existing and actively contributing to the relationship of trust and good cooperation that governs the company and its customer base, based on a customer-centric approach and personal communication with each customer
- Effective and timely updating of the database (CRM) after every call as well as diligent record keeping
Requirements:
- High School graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar customer service position (required)
- Excellent communication skills & customer-centric approach
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Proficiency in computer use
- Teamwork and spirit of cooperation
