Job Description:
Telephone customer service via incoming & outgoing calls to a personal customer base (residential customers) for the purpose of identifying needs, renewing contracts, and providing personalized telecommunications solutions, tailored to each customer Detailed updates and provision of information regarding billing issues to the company's customers Maintenance of the existing relationship and active contribution to the relationship of trust and good cooperation that governs the company and its customer base, based on a customer-centric approach and personal communication with each customer Effective and timely updating of the database (CRM) after every call as well as diligent filing
Requirements:
- High School graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar customer service position (required)
- Excellent communication skills & customer-centric approach
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Proficiency in computer use
- Teamwork and spirit of cooperation
