ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking, on behalf of one of the largest and most dynamically growing companies in the energy sector, a Trainer & Retail Development Specialist to join its dynamic team.

A typical day of yours will include:

• Identifying training needs and supporting the design and implementation of training programs
• Preparation, renewal, and optimization of training material, such as manuals, presentations, and videos
• Conducting internal training (remote and in-person) for the Sales Network, regarding information systems, service roles, the operational model of the stores, and digital service solutions
• On-the-job follow-up of training with regular visits to the Sales Network to evaluate and support the implementation of training goals
• Visits to provincial stores and supporting actions aimed at their smooth operation and the optimization of processes
• Organization and maintenance of a training database, monitoring the training progress of employees, and producing relevant reports
• Participation in the development of new modern products and services, as well as the improvement of the overall customer and employee experience

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar training, network development, or retail sales position
• Experience in the retail sales and personnel training sector will be considered a significant advantage
• University/TEI degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Essential familiarity with S/F
• Driver's license
• Ability to travel frequently to the provinces
• Developed communication and sales skills
• Very good presentation and adult training skills
• Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Team spirit and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
