📌 Location: Mandra, Attica 📅 Employment Days & Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday morning schedule 💼 Contract: Fixed-term 12-month contract (maternity leave cover)
What you will do:
As an Occupational Nurse, you will support the health and well-being of employees, working closely with the Occupational Physician and the EHS team. The role includes coordinating relevant health processes, providing first aid, as well as participating in prevention, information, and training actions.
More specifically:
Occupational Physician Support Support the daily operation of the medical office Coordination and scheduling of medical appointments Management of relevant correspondence and communication Maintenance of records and entries in electronic systems and Excel Monitoring and management of relevant notifications Management of pharmaceutical and medical supply orders according to prescribed procedures
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Support Support actions related to the health and safety of employees Inspection and monitoring of the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ordering equipment and materials based on predefined lists Participation in educational actions and trainings Support for actions related to workplace ergonomics Contribution to the implementation of the company's Health & Safety procedures and protocols
What we are looking for: Degree in Nursing or another related Health Sciences specialty BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within the last 3 years Good knowledge of computer usage Basic knowledge of the English language Previous experience in a similar environment will be considered an additional asset Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams Organizational and communication skills
