Production Shift Supervisor

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a company operating within a highly regulated manufacturing environment and adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices and quality compliance standards, is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to join their team in Larisa. 📌 Location: Larisa, Greece 🖋️You will be reporting to: Plant Manager 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support production operators throughout the shifts. Ensure seamless production flow with full compliance to SOPs, GMP, and company standards. Monitor equipment and processes, identify deviations early, and resolve issues efficiently. Organize and allocate tasks based on priorities and production planning. Oversee batch documentation and verify production instructions with accuracy. Train and coach personnel on procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all health & safety policies. Collaborate closely with QA, QC, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role. Strong command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in MS Office. Leadership mindset, organizational strength, and the ability to take initiative. High sense of responsibility and critical thinking.
