My client in Witney, Oxfordshire is expanding, and their looking for an enthusiastic Production Assembly Operative to join their growing assembly team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in getting things right, and want to build high-quality products for Aerospace and Commercial industries, we'd love to hear from you.
Your tasks
- Assemble a range of lighting products to a very high standard, following detailed instructions
- Work in line with Aerospace quality expectations (AS9100 requirements)
- Support the production process using clear, step-by-step methods
- Carry out electrical testing to help ensure products meet the required standard
- Maintain focus on precision, consistency, and quality throughout each shift
- Work effectively with the team to keep production running smoothly
- Use computer systems as part of your day-to-day work
Requirements
- Previous fine assembly experience (electrical assembly experience is preferable)
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Comfort with computer-based tasks
- A steady, careful approach to electrical testing
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively
- Motivation to learn, improve, and contribute in a supportive environment
What we offer
Additional information
- Full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £29,500 per year
- Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 4:00pm finish on Friday
