Quality System Pilot (M/F)

Hélène Chauchon, Cabinet de Recrutement Bourgogne Sud, is recruiting for its client, a Quality System Coordinator (M/F) on a CDI contract in Venarey-les-Laumes.

Do you master the ISO 9001 framework as well as the main quality tools? Do you have knowledge of the EN9100 standard and basics in metallurgy? Are you comfortable with writing procedures, operating modes, or quality documents? Do you master English at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken?

As a Quality System Coordinator, you will be much more than a guarantor of standards: you will be a true reference for the quality system and a key player in the continuous improvement of our performance.

At the heart of a technical industrial environment, you will contribute to making our quality management system live and evolve, to supporting teams in resolving quality issues, and to promoting best practices on a daily basis.

Your main missions:

• Ensure compliance with quality requirements within the integrated ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 system
• Deploy EN9100 (aerospace) and then ISO 19443 (nuclear) standards
• Participate in internal, external, client, and certification body audits
• Drive the progress of corrective and improvement actions
• Analyze quality data and propose improvements to optimize processes
• Collaborate with all teams to implement Quality procedures and tools

Your training and/or your experience in quality management on the ISO 9001 framework:

Holder of a BTS/DUT or a Bac2 training oriented towards quality, you ideally have a first successful experience in an industrial environment. You possess knowledge of EN9100 as well as basics in metallurgy. You master quality tools and demonstrate writing ease for document management and procedure monitoring. A minimum English level of B2 is required. Organized, rigorous, dynamic, and endowed with excellent listening skills, you know how to work in a team and contribute effectively to the continuous improvement of processes.
