Working Coordinator Production | Lokeren Region

Your tasks:

• Directing and guiding a team of several employees.
• Organizing daily activities.
• Determining priorities based on urgent customer orders.
• Monitoring production and cleaning processes.
• Identifying defects and communicating with internal departments.
• Helping out on the shop floor where necessary.
• Overseeing safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinating activities regarding maintenance and production planning.
• Ensuring smooth cooperation within the team.

Profile

• You have experience with a forklift (certificate is not a requirement).
• You already have experience in a leadership or coordinating role.
• You have strong communication skills and can motivate a team.
• English is very important; knowledge of French is a plus.
• You possess organizational insight and can set priorities.
• You are practical and solution-oriented.
• You feel at home in a production or logistics environment.
