Reporting to the Technical Director of Industrial Means, you will lead design studies and ensure the development of technical solutions that meet the requirements of customers and the company.

On a daily basis, you will be required to:

• Analyze specifications arising from customer needs and sales teams;
• Participate in defining the technical solutions best suited to functional, industrial, and economic constraints;
• Identify and size the technologies necessary for product realization;
• Perform and manage design studies while respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives;
• Guarantee the compliance of technical definitions with regulatory requirements and internal processes;
• Ensure the technical monitoring of projects and report on their progress to various stakeholders;
• Participate in the optimization and standardization of products to improve their performance and industrialization;
• Collaborate closely with methods, production, quality, and project teams to guarantee the success of developments;
• Be proactive in improving technical solutions and design processes.

With a Master's degree (Bac5) in engineering (industrial, methods, mechanical, production, or equivalent), you ideally have a successful experience of at least 4 to 5 years in a similar role.

Your assets:

• Mastery of CATIA V5 software;
• Solid knowledge in mechanical design and product development;
• Good knowledge of standardized industrial environments, ideally in aeronautics;
• Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Technical English minimum level B1/B2;
• Ability to manage technical projects and coordinate different stakeholders;
• Rigor, method, and organizational skills;
• Analytical spirit, adaptability, and proactivity;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
