Manpower CABINET EXPERTS SUPPLY CHAIN PARIS is looking for its client, a player in the railway sector, for a Fleet Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

Reporting to the maintenance department, you will ensure the availability and reliability of a fleet of locomotives in compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance operations
• Organize the withdrawal of locomotives for maintenance and their return to service after intervention
• Ensure the interface between operational teams, maintenance workshops, service providers, and customers
• Manage interventions via GMAO: orders, monitoring of operations, updating technical data, and traceability control
• Monitor restrictions, derogations, stop orders, and maintenance deadlines
• Guarantee the updating of maintenance histories and equipment life data
• Produce reporting and performance indicators related to fleet availability
• Optimize workshop workload based on capacities and operational needs
• Participate in coordination meetings, audits, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

You have significant experience in railway maintenance, ideally acquired on rolling stock, and possess a solid knowledge of locomotive maintenance rules and processes.

You are proficient in GMAO tools, ideally SAP ISI, and have good knowledge of planning, scheduling, and production management.

Recognized for your ability to coordinate different stakeholders, you are comfortable in an environment requiring transverse management and close collaboration with operational teams, workshops, and service providers.

You have professional English skills allowing you to communicate in an international context.

Organized, rigorous, and autonomous, you know how to manage priorities, demonstrate reactivity, and evolve effectively in a demanding technical environment.
