FLT Driver Nights (Counterbalance) Castleford, West Yorkshire (WF10) Long-Term Ongoing | Temp to Perm Opportunity Manpower is currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver (double handler preferred) to join a well-established client in Castleford/ Normanton. What You'll Be Doing Loading & Unloading (60%) - Safely handling palletised goods in a fast-paced environment FLT Operation - Moving stock efficiently across the yard and warehouse Yard & Shunting Duties - Supporting vehicle movements and keeping the yard organised General Warehouse Tasks - Assisting with daily site operations and manual handling Shift Pattern 4 on / 4 off rotation Night shifts: 18:00 - 6:00 Pay & Benefits Basic Rate: £13.34 Night Shift Allowance : £1.87 per hour for hours 22:00-06:00 Overtime Rates: £15.57 (weekday overtime) £17.70 (Saturday) £20.70 (Sunday)
