Manpower CABINET EXPERTS LIFE SCIENCE PARIS is looking for its client, a player in the chemical, petrochemical, and mining industries sector, for a Site Quality Manager (M/F)
Your tasks
Reporting to the Site Management, you will define, deploy, and steer the quality strategy in order to guarantee the compliance of activities with regulatory, normative, and customer requirements.
In this capacity, you will
- Ensure the management of the site's Quality Management System
- Guarantee the maintenance and renewal of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 certifications
- Organize and supervise internal, supplier, subcontractor, customer, and certification body audits
- Lead management reviews and steer SHEQ indicators
- Ensure process compliance and support teams in a continuous improvement approach
- Manage customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions
- Develop the quality culture on site through awareness, training, and team support
- Ensure regulatory and normative monitoring to anticipate developments impacting the activity
- Contribute to responses to customer questionnaires and specifications in collaboration with the sales teams
- Supervise and lead quality teams while supporting their development
Requirements
Higher education Bac +5 (Master in Quality or equivalent) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
Experience appreciated in the chemical, automotive, aeronautical, industrial production, or process industry sectors
Excellent mastery of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards
Proven experience in managing audits and certifications
Good command of professional English, both written and spoken
