ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a client, a modern and innovative company in the energy sector, is looking for Customer Retention Consultants.

• Location: Marousi
• Work model: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 or 09:00-15:00
• Contract: Indefinite

What you will need to do:

As a member of the team, you will manage customers, communicate with active ones to retain them, and inform candidates about the company's programs and services.

Specifically:

• You will manage customers who wish to leave, with the goal of keeping them in the company
• You will communicate with active customers to help them with renewal or changing their plan
• You will manage potential customers and inform them about available plans and services
• You will participate in the management of retention goals and work towards achieving them
• You will provide support and service to customers on a daily basis

Required Qualifications:

• High School graduate
• Experience in a customer service or customer management role is ideal (not mandatory)
• Communication ability and excellent sales skills
• Comfort in using PC and modern communication tools
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Focus on goals and developing customer relationships
