ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the tire manufacturing and trading industry, is looking for a Customer Service & Ordering Representative for the customer service department.
📌 Location: Argyroupoli 🕘 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30 💼 Job Type: Full-time 🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office - 2 days home)
📋 Your role:
As a member of the team, you will play a central role in managing incoming calls and B2B customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and effective coordination between customers, warehouses, and collaborating departments.
Specifically:
- Managing incoming phone calls and customer inquiries, with a focus on quality service
- Entering and monitoring orders in the SAP system
- Checking availability and updating stock
- Communicating with collaborating leasing companies, ensuring timely and effective response
- Creating and monitoring requests up to the stage of dispatch to the warehouse
- Collaborating with other teams for the smooth execution of orders
📌 What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center position
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
- Multitasking and problem-solving ability with critical thinking
- Team spirit, responsibility, and autonomy
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
