Logistics Coordinator Launch Coordinator (M/F)

Manpower RUMILLY is looking for its client, a global pharmaceutical laboratory exclusively specialized in the research, development, and commercialization of medical solutions in dermatology, a LAUNCH COORDINATOR, as part of an initial contract of 6 MONTHS RENEWABLE; Position based in ALBY SUR CHERAN 74, with FLEXIBLE DAYTIME HOURS. Within the Supply Chain team, you will coordinate Supply Chain and Data Management activities allowing for the launch of new products (formula, format, reference, market), the modification of existing products, and the end-of-life of products, in connection with global strategies. Your missions: Coordinate product change projects, in connection with clients (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Marketing), Corporate functions (Industrialization, Regulatory, Marketing), and the technical teams of the Alby site factory (Industrialization, Regulatory): Clarify the client need and verify technical feasibility with the Industrialization team and Project Managers Evaluate economic impacts and potential risks related to the change Create and update computer data (ERP and other parallel systems) related to the change (launch, modification, end-of-life) Adjust production planning and pack supply to limit the destruction of old packaging Confirm the product availability date and the costs incurred for clients Follow the execution of the change until its shipment You maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally, with daily cross-functional interactions. You are a major player in product Quality, Availability Deadlines, and Costs related to portfolio evolution. Holder of a BAC +3, or higher education in Supply Chain You have proven successful experience in Supply Chain and/or Project Management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry Rigor and organization are indispensable to the success of the position Curiosity of mind, agility, and synthesis skills are also appreciated You have already worked on projects in direct contact with internal and external stakeholders, in a context of high economic stakes Fluent English Submit your CV online!
