Export Coordinator - Purchasing Domain (M/F)

Manpower TOULON is looking for its client, a major player in the naval defense industry, for an Export Control Officer - Purchasing Domain (M/F) as part of a 6-month mission based in Ollioules. Reporting to the Purchasing Department and within the team in charge of Export Control compliance, you will act as a key player in the deployment and application of French and international regulations regarding export control.

In this capacity, your main missions are:

• Guarantee the compliance of activities with French and international regulations, notably ITAR and EAR;
• Ensure the collection and verification of evidence and documents necessary for regulatory compliance;
• Support purchasing teams in understanding and applying export control rules;
• Implement export control tools and procedures (licenses, CNR, EUC, etc.);
• Participate in the construction and improvement of the export control service catalog;
• Design awareness and training materials;
• Perform compliance audits and measure the correct application of the framework;
• Travel to different sites to support purchasing teams.

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have a background in Purchasing, Business Law, International Trade, Compliance, International Relations, or Defense.

You have a successful first experience in export control or purchasing within an industrial, defense, or high-tech environment.

Ideally, you possess the following knowledge:

• French and international export control regulations (ITAR, EAR);
• Contract law and purchasing;
• Customs notions;
• Security rules related to classified information.

Fluent English is indispensable in an international context.
