Reporting to the HRD France, you will provide support to the site teams (R&D, Quality-Safety, Supply Chain, and Operations) on administrative management, coordination, and occupational health and safety missions, within an industrial environment
Occupational Health and Safety (20% of the position)
- Site safety referent: safety induction, DUERP, training, regulatory controls, and risk prevention.
- Participation in evacuation drills and monitoring of incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
Administrative Management and Purchasing
- Indirect purchasing management: supplier consultations, orders, contracts, invoice control, and budget monitoring.
- Supplier monitoring and management of site supplies.
Accounting and Administrative Support
- Administrative and accounting monitoring, invoice control, and participation in budget monitoring.
- Administrative support to the various site departments.
Logistics and Coordination
- Organization of national and international transport.
- Documentary monitoring of shipments and coordination of service providers.
Communication and Site Life
- Participation in internal communication and event organization.
- Management of reception, telephone switchboard, and general services.
- Logistic support for meetings and professional travel.
Documentary Quality Support
- Monitoring and updating quality and regulatory documents.
- Documentary compliance control and management of internal documentary databases.
- Training: Bac 2 to Bac 3 in management, administration, accounting, or HR.
- Successful experience in a multi-skilled role in an industrial or logistics environment.
- Significant experience in occupational health and safety with good knowledge of the employer's regulatory obligations.
- Good proficiency in Excel and office tools.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken, allowing for regular professional exchanges.
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
