Real Estate Sales Assistant (M/F)

Manpower Recruitment Agency Nice/Sophia-Antipolis is looking for its client, an agency specializing in prestige real estate located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer (06310), for a Sales Assistant M/F CDI.

This human-sized structure accompanies French and international clientele in their high-end real estate projects on the Côte d'Azur.

As a true right hand to the management, you will ensure the daily follow-up of the agency's commercial and administrative activity.

In this capacity, you will specifically intervene on:

• The management and follow-up of client files.
• Telephone follow-ups and commercial monitoring.
• The updating and use of the internal CRM.
• The processing and follow-up of client requests.
• The coordination of exchanges with various interlocutors.
• Administrative and commercial support to the management.
• The follow-up of actions and the proper maintenance of files.

We are primarily looking for a dynamic, reactive, and organized person.

Ideally, you possess:

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• A good sense of organization and priorities.
• High reactivity and a good ability to adapt.
• An excellent sense of customer service.
• An indispensable professional level of English.
• Experience in the luxury universe, high-end real estate, or premium hospitality is appreciated.
