🔵 Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly reports including KPIs, pipeline, prospects, proposals, market developments, INTERCONNECTION progress, risks, and proposed next steps.
  • Conversion of market data and information into specific commercial tactics, proposals for entering new markets, and prioritized development actions.
  • Collaboration with management and operational teams to identify customer needs, design new logistics/trade services, assess feasibility, contribute to pricing formulation, and support commercial readiness.
  • Preparation of proposals and businesscases and negotiation of prices, terms, strategic partnerships, and commercial agreements.
  • Close and continuous collaboration with the management team regarding commercial priorities, reporting, strategic decisions, and new initiatives, as well as coordination with internal departments and external company representation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, businessdevelopment, or an international commercial role.
  • Ability to develop new customers, markets, and partnerships.
  • Ability to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and create long-term professional relationships.
  • Ability to conduct independent market and company research and assess competition, trends, and commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MSOffice and comfort in managing commercial and market data.
  • Experience in CRM, pipeline management, KPI monitoring, and preparation of management reports and forecasts.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior executives and institutional bodies.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, SupplyChain, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally; driver's license is required.
