As an Aortic Technical Consultant, you will be at the heart of high‑stakes aortic procedures, guiding Healthcare Professionals in the safe and effective use of company’s advanced Aortic solutions. ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of Medtronic Hellas is seeking an A ortic Technical Consultant to join their team in Thessaloniki. Responsibilities: Provide technical and procedural support during Aortic cases in the Operating Room, including guidance on the appropriate use and implantation of company’s devices within the scope of the role, across the assigned territory, including Thessaloniki, Larissa, Ioannina and Alexandroupoli. Support HCPs with information related to indications, contraindications, warnings, precautions, device specifications and parameters, operational details and Instructions for Use (IFU). Provide education and training to HCPs on company’s technologies and their safe and effective use. Perform Aortic sizing and planning using designated planning software and prepare accurate sizing/planning outputs for scheduled and urgent cases. Attend and support clinical cases across the assigned territory, including Thessaloniki, Larissa, Ioannina and Alexandroupoli. Coordinate and collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Medical Education and other internal stakeholders to deliver assigned projects, training and initiatives. Actively participate in relevant internal and external training courses, workshops and educational programs, as required by business and the role. Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives related to Aortic technologies and therapies that support customer needs and business objectives. Participate in continuous training and development activities related to Aortic technologies, products, procedures and other relevant areas of expertise, to maintain and further develop the technical and clinical knowledge required for the role. On-Call / Working Pattern This role includes also 24/7 on-call responsibilities to provide technical support for urgent Aortic cases and scheduled cases outside standard working hours.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and support customers on the safe and effective use of medical technologies. Strong people-oriented approach, with the ability to build and maintain trusted and professional relationships with HCPs and internal stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities and deliver assigned projects and initiatives within agreed timelines. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Valid driver's license. Willingness and ability to travel. Flexibility to participate in the 24/7 on-call model and provide in person support outside standard working hours. Nice to have: Bachelor's degree, preferably in relevant scientific, healthcare or technical discipline. Previous experience in a Technical Consultant (TC) or equivalent clinical/technical support role. Clinical background and experience working directly in a hospital or Operating Room environment.
