Customer Service Analyst/English/ Remote - Temporary

Requirements:

• Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technical studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and/or related careers.
• 1 year of experience in customer service areas across various sectors.
• Previous roles in customer service, administrative. As an analyst/assistant in the services area (experience in purchase orders).
• English (spoken and written) intermediate level (indispensable).
• Intermediate level Excel management (indispensable).
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office management (indispensable).
• Knowledge in SAP (desirable) basic level.
• Knowledge in Power BI basic level (desirable).
• Availability to work in the following schedule from Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 3:00pm. In remote modality.

Functions:

• Uploading purchase orders.
• Follow-up and maintenance of OB: prices, terms, special conditions.
• Quotations: prices, terms.
• Resolution of claims.
• Resolution of Ticket/queries.
