CAPEX Buyer (M/F)
The MANPOWER CONSEIL RECRUTEMENT agency in Beauvais is looking for a CAPEX BUYER (M/F) for its client, an international industrial group specializing in the manufacturing of packaging for the luxury sector: As part of a replacement within the Purchasing Department, we are looking for a Senior CAPEX & Maintenance Buyer to support industrial development projects and optimize strategic maintenance purchases. Reporting to the Industrial and Indirect Purchasing Manager, your missions will be:
Define and deploy the purchasing strategy
- Participate in the construction of the purchasing policy for CAPEX and maintenance families.
- Analyze supplier markets and identify optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to the management of supplier risks and the securing of supplies.
- Build sustainable and value-generating savings plans.
Manage projects and consultations
- Lead tenders from the definition of needs to contracting.
- Support industrial teams in their investment projects.
- Conduct commercial, technical, and contractual negotiations.
- Ensure the follow-up of assigned projects and guarantee the achievement of cost, quality, and deadline objectives.
Develop supplier performance
- Manage and rationalize the supplier panel.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPI).
- Conduct supplier reviews and contractual reviews.
- Optimize the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the managed categories.
Modernize maintenance purchasing
- Structure and deploy framework agreements.
- Implement supplier catalogs and simplified processes.
- Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of purchasing flows.
Contribute to CSR commitments
- Integrate CSR criteria into purchasing processes.
- Participate in the deployment of the Group's responsible purchasing policy.
Education
- Minimum Bac +3 in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
- Specialized training in Purchasing or Supply Chain (Master/Mastère) is appreciated.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial purchasing.
- Confirmed expertise in CAPEX purchasing in a project-based mode.
- Solid experience in maintenance purchasing (parts, services, consumables).
- Mastery of complex contractual negotiations and high value-added contracts.

- Fluent English is essential.
