Cleanroom Project Manager - High-Tech Company in Rehovot

For a global high-tech company in the Science Park in Rehovot (near the train) ??????? Required: Junior Cleanroom Project Manager – Industrial Engineering and Management (CRO – IE)

Job Purpose: The role focuses on the optimization of workflows, improving productivity, and supporting operational excellence on the cleanroom production floor. It serves as the first point of contact on the production floor for the needs of Industrial Engineering, Operations, Equipment Engineering in production lines, and maintenance systems.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Leading small tactical projects (cleanroom facilities, equipment in production lines, and physical operational areas).
• Performing Lean / 5S / Kaizen activities.
• Driving practical Hands-On problem-solving on the production floor.
• Collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data (translating business needs into operational requirements).
• Identifying gaps in operational processes and leading their resolution (Logistics, CRO).
• Working in collaboration with Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Logistics, and Maintenance, while ensuring the progress of the project portfolio.
• Most of the work is performed in a cleanroom environment.

Job Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering and Management or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Technical orientation and a practical Hands-On approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (experience in a large organization – an advantage).
• Ability to work independently.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in Excel.
• English – reading and writing.
• Experience in a semiconductor cleanroom – an advantage.
• Experience in Lean / 5S / Kaizen – an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD – an advantage
