We are looking for a talented candidate for a central role in managing and coordinating the efficiency of the development machines in the company. The role includes ongoing work with project managers, shift coordination, data analysis, and leading processes to improve performance. The position is suitable for graduates of a Bachelor's degree or Engineering Technicians in the fields of Industrial Engineering and Management, who are highly motivated to integrate into a significant role in a global technological environment.
Conditions:
- Full-time position, Sun-Thu 08:00-17:00 + hybrid once a week

Areas of Responsibility:
- Coordinating and managing the availability of development machines according to project needs
- Leading weekly coordination meetings with multiple teams
- Scheduling shifts in a dedicated system and performing ongoing adjustments
- Analyzing operational data and generating insights to improve efficiency
- Leading operational projects to improve processes independently
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory
- High-level English (ability to speak, phrase, and professional writing) – Mandatory
- Excellent command of Excel – Mandatory
- Experience working with PowerPoint and Outlook – Mandatory
- Experience working with AI tools (for generating reports, dashboards, automations, and efficiency processes) – Mandatory
- Experience or ability to perform analyses using BI tools – Advantage
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and changing environment
