Experienced Recruitment Coordinator for a high-tech company in Rehovot *Temporary position with option * Areas of responsibility: * Management of end-to-end recruitment processes for technological roles. * Collaboration with hiring managers throughout the organization during the entire recruitment cycle * Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and additional platforms * Continuous work within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Participation in job offer negotiations, contract signing, and internal recruitment processes with candidates. * Bachelor's degree * Experience in end-to-end recruitment - at least one year * Familiarity with high-tech roles, terms, and workflows * Experience in active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and additional platforms * Full proficiency in English (speaking and writing) * High interpersonal skills, service-oriented approach, and ability to work in a team.
