Infrastructure Project Manager Wanted – Global High-Tech Company (Rehovot - near the train station)

*Suitable for holders of a degree in Mechanical Engineering who want to enter the field of Project Management.

Job Description:

• End-to-end management of construction projects (establishment/modification) in the fields of laboratories, cleanrooms, and offices, in accordance with planning and building laws and client requirements.
• Building and preparing the Statement of Work (SOW) including characterization, planning, tender, execution, handover, and testing.
• Full planning management, including conducting Design Reviews (DR) with consultants and working with external management and supervision companies.
• Responsibility for approval, supervision, and monitoring of all project stages — from the idea stage to delivery to the end customer.
• Control and monitoring of schedules, quality of execution, and continuous updating of all involved parties.
• Coordination of suppliers and subcontractors, including close field supervision and management of all activities related to execution.
• Implementation of procedures, company policy, and professional standards throughout all project stages.
• Responsibility for all safety matters: preparing a safe working environment, providing training, and monitoring compliance with policy.
• Performing acceptance tests, receiving the facility from contractors, and delivering it to the end customer.

Full-time position, Sun-Thu, hours 08:00-17:00

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
• Experience in project management – Advantage
• High level of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – Mandatory
• High ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents – Mandatory
• Technological orientation and ability to work with computer systems – Mandatory
• Experience working with suppliers/subcontractors – Advantage
• High service orientation, assertiveness, and ability to work with many interfaces
