At ManpowerGroup Singapore, we're looking for Talent Consultants to join our Recruitment teams.
Your tasks
Recruitment and delivery are at the heart of this role. You'll partner clients on their hiring needs, engage and assess talent, and manage recruitment processes through to successful placement, while having the flexibility to pursue business development opportunities if that aligns with your strengths and interests.
- Manage permanent recruitment assignments from job brief through to placement
- Partner clients on hiring needs, talent challenges and hiring priorities
- Source, engage and assess talent across a range of functions and industries
- Build and maintain strong candidate networks and talent pipelines
- Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and onboarding activities
- Deliver a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
- Develop long-term relationships built on credibility, trust and market knowledge

Requirements
Recruiters who still enjoy the day-to-day craft of recruitment: partnering clients, engaging talent, and taking satisfaction in making the right hiring match.
- Prior experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority
- Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding businesses, hiring needs and talent markets
- Meticulous and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously
- A genuine interest in people and making the right candidate-organisation match
- Driven, resilient, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
