Retail Consultant / Assistant (Telco)
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence: Drive and achieve sales performance targets for mobile plans, broadband services, and handset sales.
- Comprehensive Solutions: Assist customers with re-contracts, value-added digital solutions, and a wide range of mobile accessories.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Frontline Operations: Manage daily store operations, including stock management, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and store merchandising.
Requirements
- Strong interest in telecommunications, mobile gadgets, and digital trends.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record or a strong desire to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills to engage a diverse range of customers.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holiday
Salary Package and Allowances
- Basic: $1800 - $2000
- Gross Salary with Commission up to $4500
- No Fixed allowances

Work Hours
- 11am to 9pm Retail hours (1 hour lunch & 1 hour dinner breaks)
- 6 off days per month
Alternating shifts
- 1st week shift, 6 days work week = 48 hours
- 2nd week shift, 5 days work week = 40 hours
