Production Planner (Food indus, North, 5 days office hours)

Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure timely fulfilment of customer and operational requirements. Monitor inventory levels and optimise raw material utilisation to minimise waste and improve efficiency. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Procurement, R&D and Customer Service teams to support smooth production operations. Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and inventory accuracy. Support batch planning, product specifications and production adjustments to ensure quality standards are met. Track production performance metrics and prepare reports for operational review. Investigate production issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational effectiveness. Maintain accurate production and inventory records within ERP systems. Provide operational support when required to address production-related issues. Job Requirements Degree with food related study/ internship, or diploma with 3-5 years experience in Food ingredient/ Chemical operation, who have worked with formulations, blending, batching, recipes, flavours, ingredients or food manufacturing environments . Inventory Management Experience Familiar with SDS and compliance. Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or business systems. Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
