Junior Shipping Coordinator (Seafreight / 5.5 Days)

Location: Tampines (Start-up Office)  Salary: Up to $4,500 Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, 5.5 Days (Saturday WFH) Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and order coordination.

Prepare and check shipping documents.

Coordinate shipments with logistics partners.

Update shipment status and records.

Support administrative and customer service activities.

Requirements Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

1 to 2 years of customer service, logistics, shipping, or admin experience.

Able to start immediate / short notice.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Information Comfortable with overseas training for up to 3 months in China & Indonesia.

Customer service-focused role with logistics coordination exposure.
