Heavy Equipment Service Technician

Job Responsibilities: Perform equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting work in both workshop and on-site environments according to industry standards. Work independently while providing guidance and support to trainee or junior technicians when required. Liaise directly with customers, delivering professional service and applying sound technical judgment to resolve issues effectively. Job Requirements: Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or heavy equipment-related disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, and component overhaul, with the ability to read technical manuals and instructions. Excellent mechanical aptitude, customer service orientation, and teamwork skills; able to work in a hands-on environment and possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
