Carefully handle customers' sentimental materials, including ashes, hair, fur and breast milk.

Follow established production SOPs, quality-control procedures and order timelines.

Maintain high standards of precision, cleanliness and workmanship.

Prepare, pack and fulfil customer orders.

Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workshop.

Conduct regular stocktaking and monitor inventory levels.

Manage production materials, tools, equipment and packaging supplies.

Assist with showroom consultations and walk-in customers.

Explain products, materials, processes and customization options confidently.
