Key responsibilities Manage corporate and retail car rental operations from end-to-end. Fleet & Claims Logistics: Coordinate vehicle activations and returns, maximize fleet utilization, and handle breakdown or accident incidents promptly. Deliver seamless customer service and efficient rental processing. About you Valid class 3/3A driving licence Fluent in English Proficient in MS Office to support administrative and reporting tasks Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred. 5.5-day workweek (alternate Saturdays or Saturday work-from-home).
