Cook / Demi Chef / Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine)

Salary: $3,000 - $3,200

Join our growing culinary team and be part of a premium dining experience. We are seeking passionate kitchen professionals with experience in Western cuisine who take pride in delivering quality dishes and maintaining high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe standards and portion control guidelines.
• Set up and organize workstation efficiently before service.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of food products.
• Plate dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory for assigned station.
• Uphold food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout operations.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience, preferably in Western cuisine restaurants, bistros, hotels, fine dining, or casual dining concepts.
• Familiarity with Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
• Passionate about food quality and continuous learning.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

📍 Location: near Promenade MRT Station 📅 Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours. Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Restaurant operating hours are from 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM depending on the day and service period.
