Construction Permit Specialist / Engineer (Greenfield projects)

The role focuses on securing statutory approvals from agencies like the NEA, PUB, and SCDF to ensure the compliant, safe, and continuous operation of manufacturing sites Lead and manage statutory submission and permitting workflow with BCA (ST Submission, Permit to Commence works, As-built, TOP, CSC) Appointed as the contact person between with company, design team and Qualified Person(s) for permitting-related activities. Responsible for leading permitting weekly meetings Act as an advisory role to the teams to ensure that design and plant operation meet local building codes compliances and relevant fire safety standard. Identify non-compliances and propose mitigation measures where possible. Technical documents for QP’s submission. Collate project control plans and building plans based on engineering deliverables for QP’s submission. Responsible for obtaining permitting approvals timely to support project milestones.
