As a Client Experience Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience, ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. Your tasks
- Welcome and check in clients, ensuring a warm, professional, and attentive experience.
- Guide clients through their appointments and explain the next steps in their healthcare journey.
- Coordinate appointments and support smooth daily clinic operations.
- Assist doctors with room preparation and administrative support.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment documentation.
- Follow up on reports, invoices, appointment confirmations, and client requests.
- Monitor appointment flow and proactively communicate any scheduling changes.
- Ensure consultation rooms and client-facing areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare, clinic operations, customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front-desk environments.
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness centre, aesthetic clinic, luxury service, or hospitality setting will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Service-oriented with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, proactive, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Additional Information
- Salary: Up to S$3,500 per month + AWS + Performance Bonus + Incentives
- Start Date: Immediate
- Working Hours: Rostered scheduleMonday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PMWeekends: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
