Main functions:
- Supervise the food service provided by external providers.
- Monitor compliance with BPM (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura).
- Evaluate menus and ensure the adequate nutritional value of food.
- Provide nutritional consultations to staff.
- Support and implement health and wellness campaigns and programs.
- Perform evaluations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the cafeteria service.
- Coordinate activities and talks related to nutrition and healthy habits.
- Manage administrative processes related to providers and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition.
- Knowledge in clinical nutrition and food service.
- Experience in food service (desirable).
- Intermediate English level.
- Proficiency in Office tools.
- Organization, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
