Inside Sales Agent

At ManpowerGroup Guatemala, we are looking for an Inside Sales Agent for an important company in the logistics sector. Main functions: Follow up with clients and quotations. Coordinate requirements with the operations team. Validate costs, rates, and logistics services. Provide attention and follow-up to international clients and agents. Support the commercial team in achieving objectives. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, or inside sales. Conversational English is indispensable. Knowledge in quotations, international trade, imports, and exports. Excellent organization, communication, and customer orientation. Ability to develop business relationships and networking. Location: Zona 10, Ciudad de Guatemala.
