We are looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator with proven experience leading promotion teams, executing retail strategies, and generating sell out growth.

Your mission will be to ensure that our brands have the best visibility, availability, and execution at the point of sale, achieving the commercial objectives of our clients.

What you will do

• Lead and develop teams of supervisors and promoters.
• Design and implement strategies that drive sell out.
• Negotiate displays and strategic spaces with clients and commercial chains.
• Ensure the correct execution of promotions, launches, and activations.
• Analyze commercial indicators, inventories, and results to make decisions.
• Work hand in hand with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics areas to maximize results.
• Constantly visit points of sale to guarantee excellence in execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
• Indispensable experience in consumer goods, retail, or distribution companies.
• Management of promotion teams and field supervision.
• Advanced Excel and analysis of commercial indicators.
• Intermediate English.
• Strong negotiation skills and results orientation.

This is a position with constant presence at points of sale (80% field / 20% office).
