Customer Service and Logistics Assistant

Your tasks

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a results-oriented Customer Service Representative, with excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, capable of guaranteeing a positive experience for our customers and efficiently coordinating processes related to orders, logistics, and after-sales service.

• Provide attention and follow-up to national and international customers.
• Manage purchase orders and follow up on the complete order cycle.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain communication with internal areas to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and claims in a timely manner.
• Update information in internal systems and generate follow-up reports.
• Monitor service indicators and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Maintain solid relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Intermediate level or studies in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Service, Logistics, or related areas.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP, preferably SAP/ Hanna
• Knowledge of Incoterms and foreign trade processes.
• Desirable experience in logistics coordination, imports, and exports.
