Job Summary
Lead and manage key appointments in the employment industry, leveraging over 7 years of experience to build strong partnerships and support business growth. Travel overseas as needed to engage with international partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage key appointments and employment industry operations to ensure compliance and effective service delivery
- Liaise with business partners in the Philippines and Indonesia to facilitate collaboration and business development
- Plan and execute overseas business trips to strengthen international partnerships and support company objectives
- Apply industry knowledge and experience to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Demonstrate professionalism and maturity in handling complex employment industry challenges and stakeholder relationships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree holder
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Key Appointment Holder - KAH)
- Proficiency in Tagalog and Indonesian languages to support communication with regional partners
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the employment industry
- Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes
- Suitability for mature employees
Other Information
Salary range SGD 6,500.00 to SGD 11,000.00 based on experience and knowledge of the employment market
Singaporean or Singapore PR will be consider first and foreigners are welcome to apply
