Manpower Luxembourg's recruitment agency is recruiting a Customer Quality Leader on a permanent contract (CDI) for one of its industrial clients in the automotive sector recognized in Luxembourg.
Your missions are:
- Steering and management of all PPAP files for new products, design or process modifications, and industrial transfers
- Coordination of various internal departments to guarantee the availability and compliance of elements necessary for customer submissions
- Primary point of contact for customers for all questions related to PPAP files and documentary compliance
- Integration and monitoring of specific customer requirements from the project development phases
- Verification of deliverable compliance according to AIAG, IATF 16949 standards and customer requirements
- Submission and monitoring of files via customer portals and dedicated quality platforms
- Participation in APQP reviews and industrial validation meetings
- Support for project teams to ensure quality maturity before customer presentations
- Contribution to the implementation of control plans and monitoring of the first production batches
- Performance of internal quality audits (process, product, and system) according to the defined schedule
- Drafting of audit reports and monitoring of corrective actions until their closure
- Participation in the preparation of external customer audits, certifications, and group audits
- Monitoring of PPAP indicators, regular reporting to the quality management and project managers
- Identification of blocking points and proposal of corrective actions to guarantee compliance with deadlines and quality requirements
Your profile:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in the field of quality, engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience in an industrial or automotive environment in customer quality, project quality, or supplier quality roles
- In-depth mastery of the PPAP process and AIAG, APQP, and IATF 16949 frameworks
- Good knowledge of customer quality requirements in a demanding industrial environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Mastery of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plans, 5M, and 8D methodology
- Ability to analyze dimensional and metrological data
- Experience in performing internal quality audits
- Good level of technical English (minimum B2) for exchanges with customers and document management
- Analytical mindset, results orientation, and ability to work transversally with different departments
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
