My client is a European family group, growing steadily for several years and established in France for nearly 20 years.
This position is a permanent contract (CDI), located in Thiers (63300), near Clermont-Ferrand (Auvergne). The Challenge: Reporting to the General Manager, your objective is to strengthen the management of the site during a phase of growth and reliability of industrial and economic performance.
Your daily routine revolves around the following missions: Implementation and management of KPI; and reliability of data under SAP. Management of production activity (large-scale continuous lines) through the Manager (workload plans, costs, scheduling). Management of maintenance activity through the manager (plans, costs, investments, GMAO). Monitoring of QHSE activity through the Manager and management of continuous improvement in order to maintain various standards and certifications. Supporting the skill development of local managers and smoothing exchanges between different departments. Implementation of performance management around clear and legible objectives. Management of teams of about one hundred people?

You are a graduate of an engineering school in industrial engineering, processes, or equivalent. You have significant managerial experience in production/maintenance. You have imperatively worked in multi-line industry or continuous process. You know how to drive your activity through KPI, data, and costs. You are comfortable with change management and continuous improvement. You are recognized for your rigor, your methodology, and your strong leadership. You have an operational vision and know how to make concrete decisions. You are proactive and have strong interpersonal skills. You have a correct level of English, both oral and written.
