Product Communication Manager in Tech (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for our client, a fast-growing international player in the connected objects and smart building universe, a Product Communication and Training Officer to participate in the development of its business in France. This versatile position combines technical customer support, product translation, reseller community management, and the creation of educational content. Provide first-level technical support to installers, distributors, and partners, assisting them in the configuration and use of connected solutions. Act as the link between French users and international teams to ensure rapid and efficient resolution of technical issues. Translate, adapt, and enrich technical documentation and product materials for the French market. Design educational and digital content: installation guides, tutorials, practical sheets, explanatory videos, and FAQs. Prepare and lead training sessions, product demonstrations, and webinars for industry professionals. Participate in the animation of the partner network during events, trade shows, and brand promotion operations. Contribute to the development of visibility and the adoption of solutions in France through clear, accessible, and engaging technical communication. Monitor product evolutions and trends in the home automation, connected objects, and smart building universes. First experience in technical support, customer relations, training, pre-sales, or user support (internship, apprenticeship, or job). Strong interest in new technologies, connected objects, and the smart home universe. Proficiency with digital tools and content creation (presentations, videos, tutorials, webinars). A professional level of English to communicate with international teams. Knowledge of connected environments (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Matter, MQTT, IP networks) is appreciated.
