Quality Assurance Manager (M/F)

Manpower CARROS is looking for VIRBAC, a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Corporate Industrial Quality Assurance team, you will participate in the quality monitoring of industrial partners manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).

In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows:

• Draft, update, and monitor quality agreements with active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) suppliers.
• Guarantee the compliance and archiving of quality documentation associated with industrial partners.
• Ensure the updating and reliability of quality data in internal information systems.
• Participate in document management related to the qualification and monitoring of suppliers.
• Provide support for the preparation, organization, and monitoring of supplier quality audits.
• Ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions implemented following audits and supplier evaluations.
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the compliance of activities with current regulatory and quality requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial partner management processes.

• Master's degree (Bac5) in Quality, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent.
• First experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical, veterinary, or biotechnological environment.
• Knowledge of BPF / GMP.
• Experience in supplier QA, system QA, or document management would be appreciated.
• Professional English.
• Rigor, organization, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
