Quality Proximity Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Manpower BELFORT TERTIAIRE is looking for a Quality Manager in Belfort (M/F) for its client, a player in the railway sector. Your missions will be as follows: Represent the Quality function at the Belfort Services Management Committee; Ensure the interface and represent the Quality function to customers; Guarantee the quality/compliance of products delivered to our customers; Manage the internal quality team; Within the framework of Maintenance activities and ECM certification, lead and conduct follow-up audits (Internal, Service Providers, External and internal Suppliers); Ensure, with the relevant functions, the permanent update of the local documentary system; Ensure the monitoring of the application of processes and rules of the entity's quality system; In the event of detected Non-conformity, pilot the various resolution phases according to the 8D methodology; Lead the DFQ (Development for Quality) procedure according to Services France criteria; Pilot, with the project managers, customer satisfaction surveys; Pilot the monthly reporting of Belfort Services indicators (NCR, DFQ, CSS).
