As part of a permanent contract (CDI), the Manpower Recruitment Consulting Firm is supporting one of its clients, a leading international group in the home equipment sector, in the search for its future Senior Technical Product Manager (M/F). In a context of innovation and growth, this strategic position offers you the opportunity to participate in the construction of the offerings that will shape the markets of tomorrow.

At the heart of marketing, business, and innovation challenges, you will actively contribute to the development and performance of a strategic product category. In this capacity, you will: Analyze markets, trends, and competition in order to identify new growth opportunities; Define the marketing strategy and the product roadmap in alignment with the group's objectives; Manage the product life cycle, from the launch of new offerings to the optimization of existing ranges; Coordinate product developments with the Bureau d'Études, Design, Achats, and all project stakeholders; Analyze commercial and financial performance and propose the necessary actions to develop turnover, profitability, and market share; Develop strategic distribution channels and support sales teams in the promotion of offerings; Design sales arguments, training materials, and sales support tools; Contribute to product launches by participating in the creation of marketing and communication materials; Guarantee the quality of product data and lead cross-functional projects, while sharing your expertise with the teams.

You must hold a degree from an école d'ingénieur, ideally supplemented by a specialization in marketing or business, and have proven successful experience in product management within an industrial, technical, or home equipment environment.

Your strategic vision, analytical skills, and results orientation will allow you to thrive easily in international contexts.

Proficiency in professional English is indispensable.
